THE 2022 EDITION TAKES PLACE FOR 3 DAYS IN AUDE

An arrival city, a day of rest, a departure city: for its 25th visit to Aude, the Tour de France 2022 edition did not do things by halves! Whether for Rodez-Carcassonne on Sunday July 17, Monday 18 off, or Carcassonne-Foix on Tuesday July 18, the roads of the department will be criss-crossed by cyclists this summer.

Rodez-Carcassonne on Sunday July 17: a stage for sprinters
The course has been designed to favor sprinters. Provided you contain escapes.

Carcassonne-Foix on Tuesday July 19: the beginnings of the mountain

The stage marks the entry into the Pyrenees, with two first difficulties: Port de Lers (km 126; 11.4 km at 7%) and the wall of Péguère. Be careful when arriving in Foix, after a 20 km descent to be approached with care.
